I'm going to start counting general exercise, not just run miles. This month there is some walking with the "run" miles because the sports doctor said to alternate running and walking to build up. Even with that, I basically took the month off running after the half marathon.
In the month of May, these are my totals:

This picture was us trying to stay warm and not step on fish hooks in bare feet. :)
ReplyDeleteUm, I don't have anything on the schedule. I've wanted to do a few races but had conflicts each time. I need to go look and see what's around. (And exercise totals for June are dismal so far! My calf still has little twinges even with all the rest which somewhat worries me...)
