September Exercise Totals
My goal is just to keep moving, doing something. I still get tired easily and I'm getting achy but if I find the time to do some type of exercise, I seem to feel better. That's going to be my continued goal.

My two runs this month were on the beach in Duck in the Outer Banks (and were a combination of running and walking.) It felt really good to get out and enjoy the fresh air. I think half of my walks were also on the beach. I got a lot of beach time while we were on vacation.
