I've been meaning to do one of these for awhile so I'm using the new year as a way to finally push myself to do it. I'm going to try a plank challenge. I found this one
here and this is what I'm going to follow for the month:
Does anybody else want to join me? Since there are 31 days in January, just start with day 1 today.
Maybe I'll join in a few months if you do it again.

Yeah you have a few months. Hmm that's a good idea. I could use January as an "easier" month instead of completely giving up and then start it again in February. 300 seconds looks impossible.
Delete300 seconds also seems long and boring. I think even when I was in the best shape ever I only did a minute and that was boring more than it was challenging. But still do something this month. It's probably hard to actually do it from nothing to 300 sec in one month
DeleteThis is prove of how unmotivated I am. I agree, I should keep doing something. But I haven't. February it is! And when I get the motivation I'll do some planks or whatever this month. Doesn't help I got a terrible cold the last week or so (thank you to daycare).
