Weekly Pictures 3/1 to 3/7

Feeding Curious George
I accidentally woke Neil up from his nap so I put on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse hoping that would help him relax and maybe sleep. (Ha, yeah right.) Meanwhile I was tired so I tried closing MY eyes but you just can't sleep with a toddler. Oh well. Cuddling with my son is still amazing.

Another trip to the library. I have a feeling we will have a lot of trips here
Snowy drive home

We are still going through boxes (unpacking) and found Neil's drum set!
I bet the neighbors are pleased. (They might actually not be able to hear it though.)
Teaching Neil my love of marshmallows and chocolate
Neil wakes up too early in the morning on the weekend. So we tried a selfie in bed.
I need someone to watch Neil during labor and am hoping to use a person I found who is training to be a doula. I won't use her in the doula capacity for me but she has arrangements such that she can be on call for us and either take Neil somewhere or stay with him at our house when I have the baby. This is something I've been stressing over. She suggested meeting up at the Children's Museum in Niantic, which is less than 20 minutes from where we live. We didn't realize it was that close. It's pretty cheap, $7 a person (over 1, adults and kids are the same price) and I was able to get a pass from the library for 4 free admissions. There were 6 of us total (she brought her two kids) so we only had to pay for 2 people! Definitely a deal I need to remember. Anyway, Neil loved the Children's Museum. It's a lot different than the one in Pittsburgh (smaller) but there was a lot to keep him preoccupied. Since we were really there to meet the doula I didn't really take pictures or I'd make a separate post. But here are some, mostly from Dave's phone.

Free balloon! That popped just about a minute after this when it fell off and under the car. I felt so bad for Neil, he was upset.
Tuckered out from the museum

Don't ask me why I'm always taking pictures of him eating.
Well I would say it's because he takes so long to eat and I get bored.

  1. Him snuggling up to you under that green blanket is my favorite.

    1. He actually calls it my blankie haha. Maybe that means I use it too much (just on the couch though). I'm always cold. And he likes to get under the blanket with me.
