Last year Neil didn't really get into pools much although we had him in a
baby pool at our house, took him to Dave's sister's pool once, and also had him at the
beach in Savannah, GA.
This year we tried the pool again at Dave's sister's house. Neil was really tentative at first, trying to hold on really tight to one of us. I finally put him on my shoulders and bounced up and down, and then we put him in a baby raft. He loved playing with some plastic balls and ended up happy, splashing away. I'm really glad he got used to the pool.

Ella has been invited to 2 pools here with general invitations but no specific time except back when we couldn't go because we had other plans. Now I think her swimsuit is too small.
That just means you need another swimsuit! ;)
DeleteSince I left that comment she got one in a bag of clothes a neighbor gave me. I need to try it on and see if it fits. But want to wash it myself first and I forgot to toss it in her laundry this weekend so now I still have to wash it.
