Pittsburgh Zoo
With our zoo membership we decided to go to the zoo again even though it was cooler. It was nice because it wasn't crowded but at a number of exhibits there are signs saying the animals have been moved inside for the winter. The Pittsburgh Zoo still has a really nice aquarium, though, and we were still able to see some of the other animals.

Our zoo's aquarium isn't so great. I wish we had polar bears. Parker would love that.
ReplyDeleteYeah we didn't used to have polar bears although I've always liked the aquarium in Pittsburgh (at the zoo). It makes going in winter worth it for sure and the shark area is pretty cool normally, as well. This time it was really cloudy and needed to be cleaned so you could barely see the sharks unless they were right up to the glass.
DeleteI haven't been gone that long but it's hard to remember it being cold. Dave is still wearing shorts here.
